Denise Dennis is a Managing Partner and Founder of Aspen Global
Partners, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in executive search, outplacement services and corporate human
resources across industries.
Prior
to forming Aspen Global Partners LLC, Denise was a Managing Partner and co-founder of Aspen Partners Inc, a boutique search
firm specializing in financial services, and a Managing Director in the financial markets practice of Korn Ferry International.
In her career, Denise has successfully completed hundreds of searches and supported countless executives through career
transitions.
Denise began her recruiting career with Salomon Brothers Inc., where she developed and
led a quantitative recruiting effort for the bond portfolio analysis and risk management areas of the firm, working closely
with the notable leadership of Salomon's fixed income businesses. She left Salomon Brothers in l988 to co-manage an
equity research and sales recruiting team for a firm in New York. Subsequently, Denise was recruited by the Pepsi Cola
Company, where she held various management positions involving recruitment, organization and leadership development and compensation
before solidifying
her position in the executive search and executive support world over twenty five years ago.
Ms. Dennis received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University
and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She resides in New Canaan, CT
with her family. Ms. Dennis is a Managing Partner and Founder
of Aspen Global Partners, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in both executive search and corporate human
resources within the financial services industry.
